• With the phone device, which have tone dialing.
In this case you need to dial the number of automatical dialing* using intellectial platform, enter the number of your "Personal number", or the number of your "Virtual office" and enter the button # (the number is entered with the city code 727 3XX-XX-XX), then you enter the pin-code and the bottom #, if the pin-code is right. You are getting the main menu of settings of the "Personal number" or the "Virtual office".
• Access through WEB-interface on the web-site www.ducat.kz*, when you also need to use PIN-CODE;
• Connecting to the administrator of the service (Connection operator, which you have a contract with on the VIRTUAL NUMBER);
*Exchange of information between WEB-server and the applications of the system is made by the standard protocol SOAP in definite format, which goes to the Customer.
