«Personal number» is the number, which is designated for receiving and processing all incoming calls by redirecting of the calls to any phone numbers in the world.

Using "Personal number" service you can solve such a problem as keeping confidentiality of information on your location and all your real phone numbers.

In order it will work effectively, you don't need to buy equipment and stretch the cables.

You will have this number everywhere you go.

Using "Personal number", you save money since avoiding high service payment for rouming. By the systen of redirection you can receive the call to the number, which is the most convinient for you at the moment, and therefore reduce expenses for mobile connection.

  • Making of outcoming call

In order to make an outcoming call, you need to use automatic redial (*use the item "Service management"), which allow you to get voice menu of the phone and make outcoming call;

  • Mailbox

Using "mailbox" service, you can listen to, create and delete messages, coming to your "Personal number";

  • Recording message

Using "recording message" service you have opportunity to record voice and music welcome messages. When the client is calling to your "Personal number" and waiting for connection, he will listen to the message you have created;

  • «Black» and «white» lists will help to avoid the calls, you don't want to receive

«Black list» is the list of phone numbers, which you don't allow to call to your "Personal number". Using "Black list", the system will not make connection. Calls from the numbers, which are not in the "Black list", will easily get your "Personal number";

«White list» is the list of phone numbers, which are allowed to get your "Personal number". When the call is coming to your "Personal number", connection will be set up only with subscribers from the "White list";

  • Identification by A number in "voice menu"

This function allows you to simplify entering voice menu of the management system "Personal number" (*see item "Service management") by avoiding enter of number and PON-code. Put in system the phone number you often use to get access to the voice menu of the system, and its automatically will identify you without entering the number and the pathword, saving your time and creating additional profit as management of the number without autorization;

  • "Follow Me"

"Follow me" is the service, you need to use when it is necessary to redirect all the calls to the one appointed number. You are switching to "Follow me" service, put the number, which you will redirect the calls to, and all the calls will come only to this number;

  • "Not to disturb"

You can completely deny the access of all calls to your phone by switching "Not to disturb" service. If switching this service, all the calls are redirected to the voice mail, if it is alreday switched on, otherwise all the calls are not getting you phone if the voice mail is switched off;

  • Parallel dial

"Parallel dial" is the service, which allows to reduce the time spent on search on numbers, you previously put in the list. If the call is coming to your phone, the system makes the parallel dial to all numbers, you put in the temporary time list (*see item "Service management"). All the attempts of parallel dial are done before any number is respond, in this case all other numbers are immediately stop to dial. It is necessary to remember that if any of dialing numbers have answering system, fax, stationary AON or voice mail, the system evaluates it as the connection and stops the dialing to all other numbers. If these numbers are put in the list of redirection we recommend you not to use "Parallel dial" service;

  • Services of conversation trakt

The service is named as "Services of conversation trakt" (SCT) allows you to use following functions during the conversation

Finding reference information by the word in conversation;
Giving the call during the conversation;
Conference partisipation of 3 parties in conversation.

In order to switch on SCT service during the conversation you need to enter "#" buttom. At this time the call is staying in connection with "PN", is transfering to the waiting regime. Afterwards you need to enter the buttom, corresponding to conversation trakt in order to perform one of the following functions:

* Switching to the "second line"
1 Deny of the call is dialing at the moment
3 Conference regime

Deny from SCT is done in following cases:

  • If enter the bottom "#" the second time;
  • If during 3 seconds after SCT is ordered, none of functions for performing of definite service of the conversation trakt was activated;
  • By entering the buttom, which is not activaved on the designated stage of connection.
  • Speech information about the number of calling subscriber

" Speech information" service about the number of calling subscriber is necessary for defining the numbers, coming to your "Personal number", in case the number of subsciber is defined, you can listen to information about the number of incoming call. If the number is not defined, then you listen to system information message, for example, "The number of calling subscriber is not defined".
