"Virtual office" is unified multi-channel number, allowing to process the big number of incoming calls by redirecting of the call according to scenario, you created on your own. Calls from subscribers, coming to the "Virtual number", will be distributed on any real numbers, including city, mobile, intercity and even international calls. Among with it the call is distributed to the numbers, which are the most available at the moment.

Using "Virtual number" service, your company will solve such a problem as always busy phone and it allows you to be ever available at any place in the world.

"Virtual number" allows not only enlarge the number of subscribers, you will direct the calls coming to your company to, but also gives you the service, which is in use not at every office ATS.

•    Identification by A number in "voice menu".
This function allows to simplify entering the voice menu of the system management "Virtual office" (*see item "Service management") by avoiding entering the number and PIN-code. Put in the system the number, you often use to enter the voice menu of the system, and its automatically identify you without entering the number and pathword, saving your time and creating additional profit as management of the number without authorization.

•    Mailbox.
Using "mailbox" service, you can listen to, create and delete messages, coming to your "Virtual office".

•    "Not to disturb".
You can completely deny the access of all calls to your phone by switching "Not to disturb" service. If switching this service, all the calls are redirected to the voice mail, if it is already switched on, otherwise all the calls are not getting your phone if the voice mail is switched off.

•    "Black list".
«Black list» is the list of phone numbers, which you don't allow to call to your "Virtual office". Using "Black list", the system will not make connection. Calls from the numbers, which are not in the "Black list", will easily get your "Virtual office".

•    Recording message.
Using "recording message" service you have opportunity to record voice and music welcome messages. When the client is calling to your "Virtual office" and waiting for connection, he will listen to the message you have created.

•    In turn.
In case all the channels of the "Virtual office" are busy at the moment, you can use "In turn" service. If the number is busy, incoming call is put in turn, and if the turn is already full, the call is put to the mailbox.

•    Menu constructor
The service of incoming voice menu can replace you the service of recording welcome message, which gives you opportunity to create scenarios for incoming voice menu for the subscriber, calling to your Virtual office. Scenario of the voice menu, created by you, will be presented as the tree with the branches as information points, and the most of information points will content information, enough to use. The subscriber is calling to your virtual number will listen to informational blocks of menu, which are previously recorded, or in case if necessary the call will be connected to the real respondent, not automatical. For example, you are calling to "Nadezhnyi" bank. If you are interested in information on mortgage credits, dial digital 1, in order to connect with department of servicing of personal deposits, dial digital 2, if you want to listen to information about our bank, dial digital 3 or wait for the operator's response.
Number of items 0-9 of the menu, which can include:
•    connection with fixed number (the phone number of specially appointed employee or the department of your company);
•    connection to the limited numbers - groups of the phone numbers, belonging to the one unit: one employee, department, office or the affiliation of the company;
•    informational block, contenting any information about your company - the range of the products and services, special offers, clarifications "how to get", the working hours of the office, etc.;
•    connection to the Voice mail box (in order to record the voice message);
•    limited numbers.
If using the service of limited numbers, you can create internal 2 digit numbers from 00 to 99. This service allows easily connect to any real phone number or the group of the numbers. Every limited number is accompanied by the special number of the group of the real numbers (Group of serial search), which will help you to find the subscriber. The number of phone numbers in one group is not reaching 10.
